who we are
i founded reclaiming wellness out of my own personal health and wellness journey. for as long as i can remember, i’ve felt like no workout plans or eating habits were the right fit for me. this left me feeling like i needed to be more disciplined, needed to love myself more, and just be better overall.
reclaiming wellness is a business that aims to evoke feelings of encouragement, empowerment, and clarity. it's not a business that will tell you what should eat or how to move your body. instead, i’ll work with you to focus inward, tap into your own intuitive wisdom, and support you in creating your own healthy habits. what wellness means and looks like for me is different than what it means and looks like for you - and that’s okay.
but instead of honoring that fact, we drive ourselves crazy trying to commit to the latest eating plans, the 12-week "build a better summer body" programs, or the so-called "the best morning routines.” you know what I'm talking about.
trust me when I say: you are not one book, podcast, or program away from reaching your wellness goals. you already have everything you need to reach your wellness goals right now.
